What is our Interior Design process?

We meet in person and discuss the interior design process from how you use the spaces and how you want your home to feel, to budget and timeline. All information will form the basis of an interior design brief and a fee proposal.

This stage is charged at a fixed fee based on location. 

We develop design concepts for each space, producing concept boards, colour schemes, and layout floorplan options. We’ll work closely to refine the concept until it meets your vision. 

This stage of the Interior Design process is charged at a fixed fee per space.

Based on the selected concepts,  we will finalise the detailed design phase with furniture optioning, colour & material selection, and you will be provided with recommendations for furnishings, fixtures, and finishes. You will receive a spec table for every item with associated details and cost. 

This stage of the Interior Design process is charged at a fixed fee per space.

In this stage, we will further develop the design concept into detailed plans, including final floor plans with exact furniture layout, 4 wall elevations and lighting plan.

Once your interior design is finalised, we manage everything to bring it to life. From sourcing furniture, furnishings, and materials to coordinating deliveries and contractors, we ensure seamless project delivery. We also handle styling and installation, arranging furniture and accessories to add the perfect finishing touches. 

The final stage of the Interior Design process is charged at a % of the total spend. The % is dependent on the scope of the project.
